Home and School Partnership - Parents are empowered through a range of home/school interactions that develop a sense of partnership, inclusion and promote mutual support. Each parent is seen as the primary teacher of their child. Parents are valued and respected as an important member of the school team, capable of making important contributions to the educational process.

Classroom/After school Volunteers Process

New School Site Volunteers will be logged into a Google form that needs to be completed by an admin (Rebekah/Andrea)

Once this information is received by HR, the perspective volunteer can contact Mary Alyce (HR) to be set up for fingerprinting if it is required.

  • Classroom and After School Volunteers: (volunteer will NOT be left alone with students at any time) Check Megan’s Law website to ensure that they are not on the registered sex offender’s list. Have a copy of negative TB test from the last 4 years.
  • Classroom and After School Volunteers: (volunteer may be left alone with students)  Fill out Google Form (Rebekah/Andrea) then Mary Alyce's info will be provided so they can go and pick up Fingerprint information. They will need to take a photo ID and a copy of Negative TB from the past 4 years.
